DataCare Solutions has today launched its brand new website giving much more detail of the services offered by DCS and greater integration for current clients to our report support, ticketing and spam filter services.
DataCare Solutions offers a one stop shop for IT solutions and from our new website these services are explained in layman's terms along with telephone contact numbers and form to easily get in touch by phone or e-mail.
A new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) quotation form is featured on the site from which visitors to the site can enter their current phone bill information. DCS will reply informing them how much they could expect to save by using Voice over IP provided by DataCare Solutions. Typically these savings are in the region of 30%+.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) pages which answer common IT problems and will be updated regularly by DataCare's Bsc graduate engineers. Additional questions can be submitted via our contact form.
